How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days after processing. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Currently we ship within the USA only.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at support@pawselit.com to start a return.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please email us at support@pawselit.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
